Recently I published a new book! It is called A Talent For Kindness, and it is a kids book about 5 friends that discover how they can use their talents to help others, and share how readers can do the same! I first came up with the idea for this book in freshman year of high school. I knew that I wanted to create a book for kids that would inspire them to be kind and accept differences.

I went to four elementary schools, and in each one I still remember one or two kids that were the ones left out in everything. I wrote this book for them, in hopes that in the future, this will happen less. I hope that more elementary schools shine light on the problem of bullying and promote an atmosphere of kindness in the classroom that extends to everyone. 

Each character in my book has something that makes them stand out. My book comments about the difficulties of being separated from classmates in some way. Additionally, each character has a motivation to be kind and help others. So, each of the five friends use a talent they have to raise money for a cause they care about.
